STEP 2. Confirmation of ACCEPTANCE OF PAPER<\/strong>:<\/span><\/h2>\n <\/p>\n
On\u00a0February 15, 2026,<\/strong> the Scientific Committee will notify via e-mail the acceptance of the different proposals of papers for their participation in the Congress.<\/p>\n\u00a0<\/h2>\nSTEP 3. Reception of the FULL TEXT OF THE PAPER<\/strong>. Deadline: April\u00a05, 2026<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h2>\n\n- All accepted papers \u2014both in text modality (in person) and online modality with recorded video\u2014 will be published in the Proceedings Book with its corresponding ISBN by the publishing house of the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche. All papers presented by means of recorded videos must also be submitted in writing, in the format established for in\u00a0person presentations, to be published in the Proceedings Book.<\/li>\n
- In addition, all those papers accepted in the online modality with recorded video will be posted on the playlist of the UMH YouTube channel for this Congress. Once the Congress has ended, they will be permanently available.<\/li>\n
- In\u00a0person modality with written text: maximum length of 12\u00a0pages (including bibliography).<\/li>\n
- Online modality with recorded video: video in MP4, MOV or AVI formats, with a maximum duration of 12\u00a0minutes.<\/li>\n

\n\u00a0<\/h2>\nIMPORTANT<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n- Of all the papers accepted in each scientific session, the Scientific Committee will choose those that will be presented at the congress by their authors, the length of the presentations (10\u00a0minutes) and the order of intervention.<\/li>\n
- The coordinators of each scientific session will briefly present a list of the papers presented in video format, in the online modality, which will be available for viewing during the congress by the registered participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- All papers selected by the Scientific Committee (both in\u00a0person and online modalities) will be published in the Proceedings Book with ISBN by the publishing house of the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche.<\/li>\n
- All recorded videos selected by the Scientific Committee will be posted on the UMH YouTube channel for this Congress. They will be made available to the general public once the Congress is over, in the UMH institutional repository.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- In those cases where the paper (in text or video) has more than one author, all authors must register for the Congress.<\/li>\n
- Only a maximum of 2\u00a0papers per author will be accepted.<\/li>\n
- A paper can have a maximum of 5\u00a0authors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

LANGUAGES<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n <\/p>\n
\n- The papers (in both modalities) will be presented in their scientific session both in person and in video recorded in Spanish, Valencian, Portuguese or English.<\/li>\n
- The text of the paper submitted for publication in the Proceedings Book will be presented in Spanish, Portuguese, Valencian or English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

SELECTION OF ACCEPTED PAPERS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n <\/p>\n
The Scientific Committee will analyze their content and the defined requirements, and when applicable, will accept them for oral presentation and publication in the Proceedings Book, or for its presentation as a recorded video for the UMH YouTube channel of the Congress. This information will be notified on\u00a0April 19, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\nPapers may be rejected by the Scientific Committee if they do not relate to the proposed title and content, if they do not make any original contributions, or if the quality of the text and\/or video is not adequate; in short, if they do not contribute to the advancement of knowledge, because they are merely a description of the state of the art or a simple recapitulation of already known topics. Special attention will be paid to plagiarism and the indiscriminate use of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n
In any case, a paper will be rejected if:<\/p>\n
\n- In\u00a0person modality: if the paper exceeds the maximum established length, that is, 12\u00a0pages with the preset format in the template, in Times New Roman\u00a012, single spaced (this includes graphics, notes and bibliographic references).<\/li>\n
- Online modality with recorded video: video in MP4, MOV or AVI formats, which exceed a maximum duration of 12\u00a0minutes, or if their quality is not adequate for a scientific congress.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\u00a0<\/h2>\nORAL PRESENTATION OF THE PAPERS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n <\/p>\n
\n- In person modality: All papers chosen for oral presentation during the Congress will not exceed 10\u00a0minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Online modality with recorded video: All papers chosen for online presentation with video recording will not exceed 12\u00a0minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
